Sport was always part of his life. At the age of 6 years old Bart started to play soccer for 11 years. Than he got into Boxing, Wu Shu and Muay Thai. When in his early 20's he started with Fitness. In his late 30's he discovered Yoga. Muay Thai, Fitness and Yoga never got out of his sport routine. Understanding more and more the benefits

In his late 30's he discovered Yoga. Muay Thai, Fitness and Yoga never got out of his sport routine. Understanding more and more the benefits of doing sports and eating healthy got him driven. Sharing his experience and knowledge to other people motivated him to start BR SHAPE. In 2024 he got certificated as Personal Trainer, Group Fitness & Kickboxing Instructor and Sports Nutritionist.
